India A pulled off an innings and 13 run-victory in their four-day unofficial Test against South Africa A at the Olympia Park in Rustenburg. The visitors took 11 wickets in less than a day to achieve the thumping victory.

India A pulled off an innings and 13 run-victory in their four-day unofficial Test against South Africa A at the Olympia Park in Rustenburg. The visitors took 11 wickets in less than a day to achieve the thumping victory.

Resuming the fourth and final day at 312 for 9, the homeside ended up with 357 in its first innings but could not avoid the follow on. For the Indians, Ishwar Pandey took four wickets on the second day while Suresh Raina with his part-time offies wrapped up the SA innings with three wickets.

South Africa A in their second innings lasted only 66.5 overs. The hosts collapsed to 212 all out with seamers Ishwar Pandey and Mohammad Shami taking three wickets each. Rohit Sharma with his off breaks took a couple of wickets. The top scorer for the South African side was Temba Bavuna, who made 65 from 138 balls.
